Luis Enrique’s Barça squad were back at the Ciutat Esportiva this evening for the second training session of the day. This time there were 24 players, including the eight from Barça B that have been working with the first team for the last few days.
Neither Adriano nor Mathieu were present as they have specific fitness schedules to follow, and Xavi Hernández was also absent after straining his left calf in the morning session. Thankfully the injury is not expected to be especially serious.
